Have you seen the John Thornton MRI talk from the bespoke software conference? http://www.ipem.ac.uk/Members/TrainingandOtherResources/IPEMConferencepresentations/BespokeSoftware.aspx

He hacked in to remove the scanner logs and then reverse engineered it to extract all the relevant events to analyse what scans took how long, how long the scanner was empty etc etc.

I think we could do a lot of that with the rdsr information...

I hadn't seen that talk. I think that using the data in OpenREM to look at imaging system workload over time is an interesting side-shoot of the system. It would certainly be easier to do what John did in OpenREM...
