Plot mean dose over time

A user has suggested having a plot of mean dose over time. This could be a basic line chart, with a line per study description or acquisition type (http://www.highcharts.com/demo/line-basic). Due to the relatively low number of studies per day, it may be best to calculate a weekly mean, and plot that.

This might be fairly straight-forward using https://github.com/kmike/django-qsstats-magic.

I need to do a "pip install django-qsstats-magic" to install the package.
