Extract text for whether Philips iDose used, and level

Philips CT scanner using iDose reconstructions. Series description is appended with "iDose" if the iterative iDose reconstruction is used. Tag 01F7,109B contains a value that indicates the level of iDose used (1 to 7, I think). If this tag is blank then iDose was not used.

It would be good to extract this information and have it available in OpenREM.
