Show more information about C-Move request progress

Currently only the number of studies is shown - this can be deceptive if one study has many series in, or if any of the series have many objects in.

Now displays progress down to series level, and the number of objects if available, which it isn't in my test systems. Not able currently to access DIMSE message regardinig the number of successful (or otherwise) suboperations. Refs #310
