Turn charts off should return user to same URL

I've put in a commit that fixes this (7d4fde3), but it hasn't appeared on the site yet.

Now leaves the user on the same page, as requested.

It's there, I think the webhooks are being very very slow. Despite the operational status page saying otherwise!. Check that - I've just had a tweet admitting the background tasks are delayed.

Switching charts off now returns the user to the url where they were when they asked for charts to be switched off. References issue #325.
