Compatibility issue with django-filter 0.12.0
New installs do not run. The issue is a compatibility problem with django-filter 0.12.0. Uninstalling django-filter 0.12.0 after the new install and then installing django-filter version 0.11.0 provides a temporary workaround.

Hi @jlmpo - thanks for logging this. I have fixed this already in issue
#347and released 0.6.2 which is the current non-beta release available through pip.Have you tried doing a fresh install since I uploaded that version on 27th January?
Kind regards
Ed

<div>I'm not sure which version it was... I just followed the installation instructions on the website. The relevant step in the instructions was presumably <pre>"pip install openrem"</pre>
<div>no version number was specified in this command. I downloaded it two week ago.</div>

<div>I assume the version information must be displayed somewhere though so I will check when I am next at the computer in question.</div>

<div>Yes I'm sorry I took so long to log the issue! I did in ft try a fresh install on the 11th February and I still had to roll back django-filter to 0.11.0. Maybe I'm somehow mis-interpreting the installation instructions?</div>

Hi @JLMPO. Which version of OpenREM were you installing at the time?
Thanks,
David
