Normalise button doesn't appear in issue332 branch

Installed https://bitbucket.org/openrem/openrem/pull-requests/39/issue332chartscomparingsystems to test, and when viewing histogram charts the normalise button that previously appeared with histograms of multiple systems was not there.
Please put it back, it's really useful!
