Display of total dose at RP point on rfdetail and rffiltered uses a fixed number of decimal places

I'd prefer that these were displayed using a fixed number of significant figures.

Changed the dispaly of total dose at RP from a forced number of decimal places to a forced number of significant figures. Fixes issue #381.
