Add min/max breast thickness and min/max AGD to mammo filtering

To allow for sensible charts when one or two extremes (real or otherwise) are in the dataset.

    @edmcdonagh, in the meantime, you can drag a rectangular area with the mouse on the scatter charts to zoom in to a particular area.

    @edmcdonagh, it's easy to put in a max/min filter for accumulated AGD.

    Adding compressed thickness filters causes problems.

    Would you like me to add the accumulated AGD ones?

    I wouldn't say min/max AGD filters would be as useful as max thickness - what makes it problematic?

    Either way, I'm minded to close this as wontfix as the zoom does what I need and makes more sense.

    Issues with adding mechanical table items to the summary list filter. Causes multiple duplicates of studies in the tabulated and chart data.
