Improve QR logic documentation

Make it clear in docs what the logic is for what is retrieved.

For example, if modality CT is selected, and an SR is included as one of the series in the study, only the SR series is requested for the retrieve. If no SR is there, and series descriptions are returned, and there is a series called 'dose info', ie an older Philips, then the 'dose series' only will be requested. If there is no SR series, and no series description of 'dose series' found, then all series are requested for retrieve in case one of them is the Philips 'dose series' after all.
