Update Celery documentation for Windows particularly

The updated documentation needs to include the use of the --pool=solo switch for celery when using Windows to avoid the AttributeError: type object '_multiprocessing.win32' has no attribute 'WAIT_OBJECT_0' error message. This is discussed here: http://github.com/celery/celery/issues/2146

I don't intend to do Linux bespoke instructions for daemonising, so that link to the Celery docs would be good.
