reporter I don't intend to do Linux bespoke instructions for daemonising, so that link to the Celery docs would be good.
Would you mind creating the docs for Windows as you suggested?

The updated documentation needs to include the use of the
--pool=solo
switch for celery when using Windows to avoid theAttributeError: type object '_multiprocessing.win32' has no attribute 'WAIT_OBJECT_0'
error message. This is discussed here: http://github.com/celery/celery/issues/2146
