Add asciicasts in documentation

Asciinema enables recording of linux terminals without resorting to screencasting or video. I think embedding asciicasts in the docs to demonstrate a linux setup would be useful, and pretty cool :-)

Will need to use .. raw:: html to embed the player into the sphinx documentation.
