Extractor for old Toshiba systems fails
If an examination carried out on an older Toshiba system contains multiple studies then the extractor creates a sub-folder for each, and copies the corresponding images into each sub-folder. The extractor then creates an RDSR in each sub-folder, and then supplements this with data from image tags.
There is an assumption that each sub-folder contains a dose image file with suitable data to create the initial RDSR using the Pixelmed.jar utility. This assumption is incorrect, and the extractor fails if a sub-folder does not contain a dose image file.

I need to push out beta 3 because I have broken QR of studies with SR in. Is this ready?
