Add ability to accept and display data within DICOM image objects from a Varian TrueBeam

I'd like OpenREM to be able to accept, extract and display information contained within DICOM images obtained on a Varian TrueBeam.

Initially I'd like to do this for "radiographic" images that have a modality of "RTIMAGE".
