NHSBSP export is broken

The changes introduced in ccfb44f mean that certain fields such as the target and filter material are all set to be the target and filter of the final exposure in an exam.

This renders the NHSBSP export useless at this time.

Intial tests suggest this will work. Need to get sample test data to formalise tests. Query if exporting when ordered by MGD duplicates entries in export but not display. Refs #640
