Text in filter thickness fields causes DX import to fail

As reported by @georgstamm

Samsung mobile with the letters Kei in the filter thickness min/max (0018,7052 and 0018,7054) . Only legal values are Decimal String, ie a number.

Error apparent in interface as various values are missing - DAP, number of exposures etc. Effect is changed in 0.8.0 due to change in order tags are checked in import functions.
