Mark modality as archived, with option to show or hide on front page and filtering

Our install is now several years old, so the number of modalities that are no longer in use is growing, and the tables are getting longer!

It would be useful to be able to hide them from the default view, and exclude them from filtered searches, whilst still being able to bring them up when required.

I think this would be a Boolean on the display names table, some sort of choice on the homepage, and a tickbox on the filtered view page.

Suggested recently by Elly, though I've been mulling it over for a while!
