Consider displaying each plane separately in RF summary table

Total DAP and Total Dose at RP are displayed separately for each plane on the filtered study list, and in the details at the top of the study details page.

But in the summary table showing components from fluoroscopy and acquisition they are summed.

I think they should be separate here too.
