Extract additional Toshiba CT data

The Aquillion One RDSR recently shared with me for fixing the multi-value SD error had a content sequence using a Toshiba schema detailing mean, max and minimum patient thickness.

This should ideally be pulled out and stored - I don't know if it can be put in any more generic/standards based fields or not.
