Formatting of PDF docs: ensure no trailing colons...

As reported by Tania, in the HTML docs for the One page Ubuntu install the section relating to the Celery configuration file looks like this:

Whereas the PDF document looks like this:

‌

So when a user of the PDF documentation copies and pastes the command into their shell, they will end up creating a file with a colon at the end of the filename.
