Weight displayed in delete study dialogue (for CT at least) is in the wrong units

For example, 1.7 m is displayed as 2 cm.

Probably just as well to delete the information from the template - hang over from before colleagues who don’t collect weight information persuaded me not to keep it in the summary listings!
