Add BodyPartExamined from DX image headers

As raised by Johanna Amelung in a Google Groups message, DX image files have BodyPartExamined which could be useful for sorting. Doesn’t appear to be in the RDSR though. I haven’t checked through the templates yet to check if it is a possibility or if we’ll need to add it in somewhere.
