Add button to reset filters

Request by a user: add a button to the standard exam filter to reset the filters. Now the user has to manually remove (all) filters.

Is that not the same as clicking on the modality link?

Yes, you are right.

If it would be implemented, I would suggest a button next to “submit” in the exam filter part. There are 2 ways of implementing (I think):

1. Same effect as clicking on the modality link (clearing fields, update filtered list)
2. Just clearing the fields without performing an actual search, so the user can perform new search without being “interrupted” by an update and the user needs to press submit the update the filtered list.
