Add documentation for using Apache Superset to create dashboards

I have started to explore using Apache Superset to create dashboards and charts from the OpenREM database. I have installed the Docker version and connected it to my Docker-based OpenREM test database. I had to add a line in the OpenREM docker-compose file to expose the database port, as per Ed’s instructions.
