mAs charts are displaying microAs

Affects mammography scatter plot of mAs vs compressed breast thickness.

Radiographic charts are correct.

Added the optional data_point_value_multipliers argument to the main mammography dataframe creation routine. This allows a scaling factor of 0.001 to be applied to the uAs values to transform them into mAs. A scaling factor is required for every value_field if this argument is being used, so added scaling factors of 1 for the other value_names that could be present. Refs issue #901
