Calculate percentiles of chart data groups to help with Local Diagnostic Reference Level work

For example, a bar chart showing median DLP for head CT scans for 15 different scanners. In this case, the chart would show the 25th / 50th / 75th percentile of the 15 median values. These percentiles would also be available to download as part of the chart csv export
