SELinux conflict with docker bind mounts
As raised by Alan Chamberlain on a Google Groups message, Fedora SELinux will prevent the bind mounts. This is first seen by Orthanc failing to start because the lua script isn’t found; the lua script is in a local folder which is bind mounted in to the container.
The solution, also provided by Alan, is to use the z
flag, which requires the short form of bind mount rather than the full version.

reporter @David Platten I think I can delete branch issue925SELinuxBindMounts because all the commits you have made that are in that branch are also in your issue927exportUsingPandasDataFrames branch as far as I can make out, so nothing lost from ref #927?
I created a new branch for the 925 changes that was clean, so I can merge it in.
