A and B plane data issue for bi-plane fluoro machines at NBT
It has been noticed for our fluoro bi-plane rooms at North Bristol Trust that in the "All data" tab in the RDSR export file, the A and B data for DAPs and RP doses are swapped around i.e. what should be A data is listed as B data.
This is illustrated in the attached images - on the "Study summary" page in openrem the A and B values are displayed correctly, it's just in the xlsx export where there is a problem. Thankfully for individual dose events A and B are listed correctly - I have compared several cases to the machine run logs.
This only seems to be the case for bi-plane machines (IR3 and IR4 in our case), for single plane machines there isn't an issue.

@Ingrid Turner are you able to modify your local OpenREM code with the change shown in commit 38057b8 ?
The file to change is
openrem/remapp/exports/rf_export.py
but where that file is will depend on whether you are on a Windows server or Linux, and whether you are using a virtualenvironment or not! You’d also need to restart Celery to see if the change has worked.
It would be helpful if you can test it for me, because for my bi-plane systems the exports show A and B in the right order so it is difficult to make sure my fix has fixed it!
If I can help in any way to walk you through the change, let me know

reporter Hi Ed, thanks for looking at this, I’m not sure I am able to modify it as I think I can only use the openrem database and view data rather than have admin rights to modify it, but I can certainly have a look. I’m not sure who controls the version releases at NBT and whether this would have to go through the I.T. department. I will try to find out and let you know!
