Recent and older task tables don't sort correctly using Started column

The recent and older tasks tables are designed to be sortable by clicking on the table headings. The sorting is incorrect for the Started column due to the format of the date and time used - it is sorted alphanumerically. This can be fixed by providing a sorttable_customkey in the <td> of the table entries for this column formatted in a way that sorts correctly.
