QR Checking for SR type only looks at first object

Situation:

• XA modality creates series SR containing secondary capture object and enhanced SR object.
• QR routine gets both images in response, but then only checks the first for a suitable SR type. If the first is the SC, the ESR gets ignored an both are dropped.
• “No suitable RDSR are found”

General issue is that the routines assume that a series will only include one SOP Class used by all the objects in that series. Which we know not to be the case, particularly for series where the picture of text dose summary and the SR are in the same series.
