Description
Adds functionality to review and delete failed import studies that didn't get as far as creating an entry in the unique_equipment_name table, and therefore has till now been impossible to manage in the web interface. In the home page table, they had previously been listed as Error has occurred - import probably unsuccessful, with a link to the Display Name of None which was of course of no use to anyone.
