Added time arguments to command line QR only - web interface delayed to future release in issue ref #718.
Corrected behaviour of just setting ‘from’ date in query - it was returning a single date instead of a range from ‘from’ date to present. Bug introduced in commit 242fe94 and released in version 0.8.0.
