Added study-level summary fields in GeneralStudyModuleAttr
Added post-migration summary fields population function
Updated modality filter pages to use the new fields

Added first draft of instructions to docs

For the modality filter pages, the new fields take between 20-50% of the time to render than without on a large database.
The charts have a similar order of speedup where applicable too.
