Merged in issue857docserrors (pull request #397)
Fixed some of the sphinx errors that were causing the documentation of code section to fail to build.
Required update of Celery, stuck to latest 4 series, didn’t move to 5.0. Updated flower too.
Merging to tidy up the Norwegian translation branch before trying again to work out why it doesn’t work!
