    Hi Jon

Can you change the branch to issue80WindowsApacheDocs so that I can pull it in and look at it?

Annoying that only the pull requester can do this!

Should be on the branch now.

I don't think I need write access to the repo to reassign it once you have created a branch.

No, but I was thinking it might be useful for you to be able to create the branch yourself and then make the pull request into the new branch...

is this the simplest way of using Apache on Windows, or does this just add as auto update that means you don't need to restart the webserver when you upgrade?

With static files, I probably need to change something - I haven't looked at this for months. Do you know what needs to happen? (See issue #81)

The monitor script autorestarts Apache when the code is updated. For a production server this eventually will not be needed.

The collectstatic command fails as there is no openrem/static folder. Either we could add an empty one, add a symlink or else change the settings to not look for it there and only under remapp.

If memory serves me right, I think there should be a nominally empty folder, which collectstatic then fills.
