although that can not apply direct but it been a good reference.
I sometimes suck at understanding some people problems, but if I understand your problem you want to script an npc so he would use Gossip? If so it does work on OregonCore, it's a little different from Trinity one, but it not much. For reference you can check for example this: shadowmoon_valley.cpp and go to line 400.
