log wrapper command out/err

wrapper commands created by godocker should log errors in case of system error to help user/admin to debug issues.

If user cannot write on disk due to rights/quotas reached/... reasons, if user already exists....

job logs only command for the moment, wrapper should redirect its stdout/stderr to a godwrapper.log file
