Reduce minimal required .NET version

As far as I found out Advanced Log Viewer runs only with the newest .NET version 4.6.1

This is pity.

I am planning to run Advanced Log Viewer form USB flash drive on various computers. Some (most) of them do not have necessarily the newest .NET version installed.

Since I prefer to have as minimal modifications as possible on these computers I would appreciate if Advanced Log Viewer could work with lower versions of .NET like v4.0 or even v3.x

Is it really absolutely necessary to have v4.6.1 features available?

Otherwise I would suggest to lower the version check threshold.
