Merged in am-prefetching (pull request #54)
WIP: enabled medium/high-quality prefetch when the low-quality is loaded
added pixeldata-quality support
prefetch instances when they are stored (optional)
enable instance prefetch on demo
added some todos to enable prefetching on frontend side
commented out todos
do not reload all info for all instances of a series while you already need the series info
preload high-quality in frontend
increased workerCount to 7 in hope to have 6 concurrent downloads

fix(viewport): avoid displaying LQ image when attempting HQ display
chore(scripts): use 7 core for backend build in user scripts
