private repo submission possible?

I am setting up the bash files for submitting and it works fine with a public repository. However, I would like to pull from a private git repo. Is that possible?

You can use the passwords/access tokens needed to clone the repo in the bash scripts. In terms of the privacy of the files, the bash scripts will be uploaded via NIST's secure file sharing as part of your submission process, and your submission will only be downloaded onto a machine that has NIST's security patches installed.
