[Gazebo] Pulley parts are slipping

Hi,

In Gazebo sometimes the pulley parts are slipping to the bottom of the bin(from their starting position), but not always.

Sometimes the slipping is starting at the start of the simulation or when the robotic arm touch a pulley part, but this is interesting, because this situation is not happens every time.

Is this a feature or a bug?

Thanks for the question.

This behaviour is unique to the pulley part because of it has a raised pin underneath in addition to on top. Depending on its orientation in the storage bin it may or may not slide. This is not something that will be modified.
