not getting credit for shipment error

Former user created an issue

We found that in qual_a_2, there was an odd behavior. We ended up shipping out the first order before the update came in. We then fulfilled the updated order and shipped it out. But the automated scoring awarded zero points.

    Do you mean qual_b_2 instead of qual_a_2? It looks like qual_a_2 doesn't have an order update, but qual_b_2 does.
