Some of the tf frames in the ur10 arm are missing

While testing, @nkoenig noticed that rviz showed some of the tf frames of the ur10 arm, but some of them in the middle were missing. I did not have this behavior on my laptop. The only difference is that my laptop was running Indigo, whereas the demo laptops were using Kinetic.
