HelloWorld Config Yaml Names Confusing

In the text and repository source for the hello world example the configuration yaml file is named sample_gear_conf.yaml. The text in section 2.3 suggests creating a "team_conf.yaml" but the 'http' based file names is the 'sample' name.

This latter name is used in the startup instructions in section 3.2. If one just copies the files from the repository the instruction doesn't work since the name is wrong.

Suggest for simplicity to avoid confusion that the naming be consistent.
