Fix #277. When linking against console_bridge and urdfdom, the library directories need to be added always, for all targets that link against the sdf interface library. Otherwise, linking fails.

Fix #291. Don't use LDFLAGS in target_link_libraries. On systems where ROS groovy is installed, the libraries urdfdom and console_bridge are found. In that case, the librarie's LDFLAGS were added in target_link_libraries which leads to a broken linker command and causes linking to fail.
