    This will be important for cloning a running simulation, especially being able to set the initial velocity of an object.

    Since loading state does not currently work, I've implemented a workaround for setting the initial velocity of an object using a model plugin in the initial_velocity_plugin branch. It sets the linear and angular velocity with it's Reset function, which is called during Load and when the Reset Model Poses action is invoked, though it doesn't work with Reset World.
