Hi.
Does this affect all pics, or is it related to a particular picture? If related to a particular picture, could you share the url of the picture with me, so that I can reproduce with that url? Have you updated to the latest version of Picstagrab? There were some issues regarding the loading of pictures due to changes in the Instagram API that were fixed in version 2.6.6, so if you are on any earlier version than that, could you try to update and see if the problem has already been fixed?
Some details regarding the symptoms you see would also be very helpful. Does Picstagrab fail to load the picture? If it loads the picture, are you able to share it? Is the download button visible? Do you get any error-messages?
