Missing part of orbit in YZ plane

Issue #17 resolved

OVT test on Mac OS Yosemite 10.10.5, MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)

I requested the four Cluster on 20160322 12:00 for 2d 8h. In YZ plane there is a big gap in the orbit on the + X side (near apogee) and if we move the field of view in the view control (or with the mouse) from delta-=0 to delta=45, the missing part appears slowly. Two screenshot are attached

This is due to dysfunctional camera clipping: not rendering what is too close to, and too far from, the camera. Empirically, changing parallel/perspective rpojection solves the problem.

I have not been able to figure out how the corresponding VTK setting (vtkCamera#SetClippingRange) works but I have changed the camera initialization in a way which seems to de facto solve the problem.
