The Normalized Levenshtein Edit Distance - used if wanting to allow for matches based on a normalized edit distance score when comparing 2 attributes. The LED function is not case sensitive. Default threshold is 0.8 if LED match is used without a threshold assigned. The user defined threshold take this form: "LED(threshold)" where the threshold must be between 0 and 1.
