Summary Icon on Saratoga Template Vanishes and/or may not be Correct

This issue is already know. Just documenting it here.

Summary icon in the Saratoga dashboard sometimes vanishes and is replaced by "---".

When an icon does display, I suspect that it may not reflect reality. For example, mine spent a whole day on "Cloudy, Dry" while the NWS was forecasting 20 to 30% chance of rain.
